Do I need access to a gym? Can I run the program with home training?
You can follow the program using bodyweight alternatives, but we recommend having some equipment at home for the best results.
Will this plan tell me my calories and macros?
Yes, of course! We'll teach you how set up your calories, protein, carbs and fats based on your bodyweight, estimated bodyfat, and other factors specific to you. There are many detailed examples given for calculating macros based on whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee.
